Refund Policy

1. Nature of our services
Boosting services and virtual numbers are delivered digitally and often begin processing immediately after purchase. Because of this, most orders can't be cancelled once they've started.
2. Eligible refunds
If an order fails to start, doesn't deliver as described, or is cancelled by us before processing begins, you're eligible for a refund to your account balance.
3. Non-refundable cases
Orders that have been fully delivered as described, virtual numbers that have already received a verification code, and violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to review refund requests within 48 hours.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are credited back to your Veloranum account balance. Refunds to an original payment method, where supported, may take a few business days to appear.
